Newtonian/ ...
Newtonian/Relativistic mechanics are not working? Do you care to provide an alternative explanation of say, gravitational lensing or black holes?

I am not obliged to ...
I am not obliged to provide an alternative explanation. These theories need burying, not debating.

That having been said, plasma cosmology has provided rational explanations based on experiment and evidence rather than abstract math.

Ha! There you go ...
Ha! There you go again silencing debate, like a true Torquemada! Black holes don't fit your dogmatic view of the world, so their very mention must be censored. Quite the scientist, aren't you? This all must be quite embarrassing for you.

Please refer to my ...
Please refer to my videos on Black Holes. Also lookup the work of the mathematician Stephen J Crothers. This has nothing to do with Velikovsky. Best. Soup

This explains quite ...
This explains quite clearly how Extra Terrestrial Races can travel through Space at faster than light speed. Even being able to jump into other Dimensions I dare say. With this abundant and ever changing FREE ENERGY in Space, there is no doubt about harnessing it for Interstellar travel, ANYWHERE.

@PopeAsbestos ...
@PopeAsbestos Gravitational lensing can easily be said to be a misapplication of Einstein's work. It is not proof. Black holes are also more math. No physical evidence has ever been found to support this math, but a significant amount of re-working (aka, fudging) has been done to include other imaginary things like dark matter and dark energy.

Plasma cosmology, in comparison, has not had to revisit its hypotheses as data comes in. Predictable, found in experiment, it is an easier swallow.

I always knew ...
I always knew Velikovsky was a genius. The answer respect the way he was attacked resides basically in two explanations.
The first: Envy. It is known scientists are the priests of the new religion: science.
The second: Such soupdragon says, or better said, Velikovsky: there is a sort of amnesia, that prevents us to accept the reality. And I have to say at least: Sagan suffered (like most of us) that illness.
